1. General Happy Home Remodeling Questions
It’s YOUR vision, your Happy Home! Answering this question is the goal of the FREE onsite estimate. Our team will discuss your goals, understand what type of space and finish you’re hoping to create, and provide you a ballpark estimate for the creation of that vision. If the ballpark estimate is within the client’s budget and the client gives approval, we dig into the details of the design and begin choosing products to create it.
Our company hours are M-F, 8:30am until 4:30pm. We are not open evenings and weekends. That time is reserved for God and family. Our office manager is available via phone or email beginning at 8:30am. Our Remodeling Specialists arrive onsite each morning at 8:30am and work until around 4:30pm or later. Flexibility in schedule is sometimes required given certain project specifications. A typical project of 250 hours should expect to have 60-100 hours of labor charged to the project per week.
This of course will vary greatly depending on the size of the job. However, if you are looking for a larger remodel like a full kitchen, bathroom, or basement these generally take anywhere from 10-14 weeks.
Absolutely! Most of our projects are large scale remodels, meaning multiple rooms, kitchens, baths and basements. Projects of that size do not get done on-time and on-budget without trustworthy subcontractors. We have numerous established relationships with local subcontractors in each geography we serve: Green Bay, Howard, Kaukauna, Appleton, Greenville, Hortonville, New London, Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac. To create a new building permit with each municipality, Happy Home Remodeling, LLC is listed as the master contractor; The master plumber, master electrician, and master HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) are provided by the Happy Home team. When it’s time to meet with the city inspectors, the Happy Home team completes the walk through with them.
